Maureen Hazel Stevens

Maureen Hazel Stevens was guided by the arms of her son, James Stevens to Heaven on September 26, 2012. She will always be a beacon shining down on her loved ones and will never be lost as her place is in our hearts forever. May you fly on the wings of the morning dove. Maureen is preceded in death by her youngest child, James A. Stevens; her parents, Edward and Hazel Harnisch; and her sister Lydia. Maureen will be deeply missed by her two loving children, David Hue Stevens, Jr. and fiancée Debra Welborn and Donna Brattain-Jacobs and husband, James A. Jacobs; five grandchildren, Katherine, Megan, and Alexandria Brattain and Angelina and James Hunter Jacobs; four sisters, Helen Arnott, June (Lee) Hill, Pam (Anthony) Loewy and Margie Hussey; and one brother, Larry Harnisch. She will be missed by multiple family members and friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
