Mildred M. Premeaux Lund Wieniewitz

Mildred M. Premeaux Lund Wieniewitz, age 91, passed away Sunday, August 17, 2014. Mildred was born in Biloxi, MS where she remained a lifelong resident. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church where she participated in the Altar Society and Jolly Travelers. She is preceded in death by her spouses, William E. Lund and Vincent “Al” Wieniewitz; father, Theoville Premeaux; and mother, Eva Olier Premeaux Wieniewitz; sisters, Frances Premeaux and Reha Langlinais; brothers, Presley Premeaux and Theonis (Neg) Premeaux; and son-in-law, Chuck Westhart. Survivors include her children, Kenneth Lund (SunCha), Sandra Lund Westhart, Kathy Flinchum (Roy), Mark Wieniewitz (Jill), Donna Drieling (Carl) and Mike Wieniewitz (Connie). Mildred was blessed with 18 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. The family would like to thank Dr. Martin, Mrs. Sheila Martin, Ms. B. and all the aids from Kare Med. A special thanks to Gloria and all the aids from Saad Healthcare. Memorials may be made to St. Michael Catholic Church Building Fund, 177 1st Street, Biloxi, MS 39530. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 22, 2014 at St. Michael Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
