Motsie Jo Creel

Motsie Jo Creel, age 55, of Biloxi, died Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Motsie was a lifelong resident of the MS Gulf Coast. She was former Queen Ixolib for Gulf Coast Carnival Association. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Evelyn Peresich Creel. Survivors include her husband, James Brooks Senter; caregiver, Billy Stauber; and brother, Lynn Creel.
