Otto E. "Buddy" Wills

Buddy, 63, was called home, by our Lord, on Monday, April 27, 2015 Born in Biloxi, MS, Buddy proudly served his country in both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy, and left a decorated Vietnam Veteran. After his duty to his country, he then proudly served his community with the Biloxi Police Department until he retired as a decorated Investigator. Buddy preceded in death by his parents, Horace Leo Wills and Jenny C. Winterstein-Wills; brother, Horace Leo Wills, Jr.; sisters, Anita Saujon and Ginger Vernon. Survived by his loving wife, Nancy L. Wills of d'Iberville, MS; Children: Preston Wills and Mara Wills of Biloxi; Heath Wills and Christy Laviolette of Gulfport; Grandchildren: Rebeckah, Sydni, Madison, Brooke, Zaidyn; Sister: Evelyn Williams of Trilby, FL; along with numerous nieces and nephews that loved "Uncle Buddy" dearly. In lieu of flowers, Buddy asked that donations be made to the WoundedWarriorProject.org Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 5 to 8pm. Services will be on Monday, May 4, 2015 at 10am all at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue, Biloxi . Internment following at VA Biloxi National Cemetery. Family will receive guests at a pot luck gathering at the VFW Post#2434, on Veterans Avenue, Biloxi @ 1:30pm.
