Patrick E. “Pat” Anglada of Biloxi left this life to be with God and his eternal family on Sunday, February 9, 2014. Pat was a lifelong resident of the Coast, born in Biloxi on February 28, 1945 and later residing in the St. Martin Community.
After Graduating from Notre Dame High School, Pat served in the MS National Guard. He worked in law enforcement for the Dept. of Wildlife Fisheries and Parks retiring with the rank of District Manager. He was an active lifelong member of the Knights of Columbus Council #1244 and Elks Lodge. Pat was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing with his sons and many friends.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Louis E. and Winona Ross Anglada; and brother, Marvin Louis Anglada, Sr.
Survivors include his sons and family, Louis (April) Anglada and Mark (Gina) Anglada; grandchildren, Jacob and Anna; longtime companion, Caroline Gautier; niece, Debbie (Scott) Powell; nephews, Marvin, Wayne “Lee”, Michael “Mike” Ricky Anglada; and numerous grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations to the American Cancer Society, Knights of Columbus Council #1244, 717 Water St., Biloxi, MS 39530 or to St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, 502 Jackson Avenue, Ocean Springs, MS 39564.
A memorial service will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Friends may visit two hours prior.
