Paul H. Boudreaux, Sr., 86, of Biloxi, died Monday, October 1, 2012.
Paul was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi and a U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII. He was a graduate of Sacred Heart Academy in 1943 and earned a degree in accounting in 1950 from Springhill College in Mobile. Paul was also the former owner of Biloxi Hardware. He enjoyed spending time with family and his daily visits to the Biloxi Court House and Biloxi Post Office.
Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Villier and Gertrude Boudreaux; and his brother, Albert Boudreaux.
His survivors include his daughter, Pamela Boudreaux Sharplin (Joey); his three sons, Paul Boudreaux, Jr. (Monica), R. Scott Boudreaux and William “Billy” Boudreaux (Tammy); his sister, Matilda “Tillie” Wiltz; seven grandchildren, Matthew Boudreaux (Blair), Paul “Beaux” Boudreaux III, Courtney Boudreaux, Patrick Crowell, Megan Sharplin, Sarah Boudreaux and Samantha Sharplin; and two great grandchildren, Isabella Boudreaux and Madison Boudreaux.
The family wishes to extend a special thanks to their father’s caregivers, Janice and Jerrie Williams.
A visitation will be held at The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Friday, October 5, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with the Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. where friends may visit one hour prior at Nativity B.V.M. Cathedral.
