Peggy W. Fayard

Mrs. Peggy W. Fayard, age 77, of Vancleave, died Sunday, May 6, 2012, in Pascagoula. Mrs. Fayard was formerly of St. Martin, a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, an avid gardner and fisherman. She is preceded in death by her husband, James C. Fayard, parents, Eldridge and Vera Bosarge Wilkerson, and brothers, Carl Wilkerson and Wayne Wilkerson. Survivors include a daughter, Brenda (Michael) Hanser of Vancleave, son Michael James Fayard of Gautier, sister, Janice Sue Hanson of St. Martin, two brothers, Kenneth Wilkerson of Latimer and Gary Wilkerson of Larue, brother-in-law Jack (Nora) Fayard of Woolmarket, four grandchildren, Michael (Bridgette) Hanser, Rachel Hanser, Brandi Fayard and Ashley Fayard, and three great-grandchildren, Cody and Rose Boss and Brodie McCord. Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 8, 2012, from 11 am until 12 noon, with a 12 noon Mass of Christian Burial, all at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Vancleave. Burial will follow in Bosarge Cemetery in St. Martin. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
