Penny Lynn Webb Carvin

Penny Lynn Webb Carvin, 59, died Saturday, March 30, 2015 in Biloxi, with her children by her side. Penny spent her whole life enjoying fishing and passing the time on the Biloxi River. She was a beautiful and loving person that would light up the room with her presence. Her greatest joy in life was her children and being a loving ‘Mimi’ to her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of twelve years, Whitney J. “Stinkey” Carvin, Jr., who died March 21, 2015. She is survived by a daughter, Kellie Baker Hall of Watkinsville, GA; a son, Chris Baker of Elkton, MD; two brothers, Charles A. Webb, III of Gulfport and Gary Webb of Dallas, TX; her parents, Charles and Dot Webb of Gulfport; and four grandchildren.
