Pete Sankovich

Pete Sankovich, age 66, of Biloxi died Sunday, December 21, 2014 in Hattiesburg. He was born in Sanford, FL and had been a resident of Biloxi for the past 30 years. He retired after 22 years of service in the U.S. Air Force as Tech Sgt. He enjoyed collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia and watching sports, especially football. He was a caring and giving man and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Peter and Mary Sankovich. He is survived by his daughter, Kristi Sankovich of Gulfport; his son, Michael Sankovich of Biloxi; and a granddaughter, Hope Sankovich. The visitation is Monday, December 29, 2014 from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport. A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery.
