Rachael Michelle "Ray Ray" Biggs

Rachael Michelle "Ray Ray" Biggs, age 23, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Monday, July 21, 2014. Rachael was born in Biloxi, MS on August 29, 1990 and was a 2008 graduate of St. Martin High School. She received an Associates Degree from MGCCC and was pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Elementary/Special Education from USM. She loved dancing and was actively involved with Kelli's Steps Dance Studio in Biloxi from the age of 3 until she was 14. Rachael was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Melvin L. and Bess Smith and her paternal grandparents, Carol and Peggy Biggs. Survivors include her mother, Lori Smith Oaks, father, Wayne Biggs, Daddy, Billy Oaks, three brothers, Joey (Mandy) Thomas, Bryan (Dina) Biggs and Brandon (Amanda) Oaks, grandparents, Bill and Jackie Oaks and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be on Friday, July 25, from 12 noon until 2 pm, with a 2 pm chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
