Regina Marie Toncrey Fountain, age 51, passed away peacefully Thursday, November 27, 2014 surrounded by her husband and family after a battle with cancer.
Regina was a lifelong resident of D'Iberville and graduated from D'Iberville High School. Regina was well loved for her kind and generous heart, and her devotion to family and friends. Regina loved her best friend Jo-Ann dearly. She was married to Charles 33 years, which is the love of her life. Regina worked in the Automotive Industry for 30 years as an office manager.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Margie Yelton, JD Parker, Jacqueline and Henry Toncrey Sr.; and uncle, Noll Toncrey.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Fountain, Jr. who she loved dearly; two sons, Charles (Trae) Fountain, III (Shigemi) and Shane Fountain; her special pet, Graycee; parents, Henry Jr. and Ann Toncrey; two sisters, Angela (Tim) Hollis and Christy (Steve) McCauley; mother-in-law, Bobbie Jean Fountain Hudachek; two grandchildren, which she adored, Skylar and Eric Fountain; two nephews; two nieces; and many aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers Regina requested donations to Harrison County Humane Society, The Humane Society of South MS, 2615 25th Ave., Gulfport, MS 39501 or to American Cancer Society, 417 Security Square, Gulfport, MS 39507. Charles and family wish to thank Saad's and all of the health care workers. To Monique, Vickie and Lisa, we want to give you a very special thanks for all you did for Regina and you love and care for her. A very special thanks to Dr. Brain Persing and staff for all their love and support.
A celebration of Regina’s life will be held Sunday, November 30, 2014 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
