Richard Earl Demoruelle

Richard Earl Demoruelle, age 82, of Mobile, AL passed away on Monday, December 16, 2013. Mr. Demoruelle was born in Biloxi, MS and graduated from Notre Dame High School. After serving in the Navy, he lived his adult life in the Mobile area. Mr. Demoruelle retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 44 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Juliette Campos and Emile Demoruelle of Biloxi; his brother, James Demoruelle; and his sister, Mary Dronet. His survivors include his daughter, Linda (Gary) Goff; his son, Richard Demoruelle, Jr.; his four grandsons, Chad (Jennifer) Henderson, Robby (Lindsey) Goff, Blake Goff and Richard Watts; his great-grandchildren, Cole and Cadee Henderson and Harrison Watts; his sisters, Joann Trochesset and Theda Patronas; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to the Disabled American Veterans, 288 Veterans Ave. Biloxi, MS 39531. Funeral Services will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Friends may visit from 9:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors.
