Robert "Little Robert" Waltman

Mr. Robert "Little Robert" Waltman, age 61, of Vancleave, MS died Thursday, May 1, 2014, in Ocean Springs. Robert was a lifelong resident of Vancleave. He retired in January, 2014, from Huntington Ingalls after 38 years, as a rigger. He loved to hunt and fish. Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Hunt Waltman, parents, Lucy Waltman Bang and Iscar "Tickle" Waltman, brothers, Champ Waltman, Red Waltman and Howard Waltman and sisters, Sue Bang and Pedilou Forehand. Survivors include four daughters, Jessica Waltman, Heather Waltman, Robin Waltman (Robert) Johnson and Ashley Waltman (Kenny) Davis, brother, Edmond (Rita) Waltman, three sisters, Peanut (Leon) Forehand, Sarah Bang and Laura Martinez and five grandchildren, Dylan McDowell, Caleb Waltman, Trinity Johnson, Zuri Johnson and Skilar Johnson. Visitation will be on Friday, May 9, 2014, from 5 PM until 9 PM, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home.
