Rodney Lee Foster, age 62, died peacefully surrounded by his family Tuesday, February 13, 2018.
Rodney lived his life in Biloxi, and graduated from Biloxi High School in 1974. He was a professional limousine driver with Kirby Bernich Celebrity Limousine Services, during which he had the pleasure of meeting many entertainers. He was beloved by his clients and was said never to have ever met a stranger.
Rodney's last job in transportation was for Treasure Bay Casino. He enjoyed his time there and thought of his colleagues at Treasure Bay as a second family. He was a much requested driver there and enjoyed meeting people. He took great pride in Biloxi and in showing visitors his beautiful beach town.
Rodney is preceded in death by his mother and father, Atha and Elizabeth Foster, of Biloxi; and his niece, Cheryl Still, of Biloxi.
Rodney leaves behind one daughter, Paige Denham; a brother, Mike (Barbara) Foster; his sister, Anita (Rick) Denham; his youngest brother, Barney (Naomi) Foster; nephews, Robert Foster and Jonathan Foster; and a host of many other nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to St. Joseph Hospice for the kind and compassionate care they gave Rodney and his family during their time of need.
Rodney's life will be celebrated in a service Saturday, February 24, 2018, with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., with an 11:00 a.m. memorial service, all at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home.
