Sheila F. Broxton

Mrs. Sheila F. Broxton, 76, of Gautier, MS, Passed away peacefully Sunday, March 3, 2013. She was born in Lanett, AL May 30, 1936. She was retired from Ingalls Shipbuilding after 23 years of service. Mrs. Broxton was preceded in death by her father, Joe Fulghum, Sr.; mother, Jessie W. Fulghum; step-mother, Leila Fulghum; sister, Ruby F. Herring; and brother, Joe Fulghum, Jr. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Earnest L. Broxton; daughters, Rebecca A. Broxton (Loretta Borries) and Carol B. (Mike) Evans, all of Gautier; and her devoted sister-in-law, Claudette Fulghum of Niceville, FL; relatives and friends. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs is in charge of arrangements.
