Stanford Allen "Stan" Williams, Jr.

Stanford Allen Williams, Jr., 81, of the Ramsey Springs Community, went home to be with The Lord on Monday, May 1, 2017. Stan was born in Ocean Springs and has remained a lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast. He was a founding partner with Piltz, Williams, La Rosa & Company and remained active in the accounting field until his death. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Hoffman Williams and Stanford A. Williams, Sr.; and his sister, Peggy Williams Marr. Stan’s survivors include his wife of 57 years, Jo Rea Williams; his daughter, Nancy Williams; his many adopted children; his sisters, Jean Williams Parker and Mary Williams Schmedicke; and his brothers, Jimmy Williams and Donald Williams. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at 4:00 pm where friends may visit from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
