Sylvianna Ryals Threadgill

My beautiful mother, Sylvianna Ryals Threadgill, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, April 29, 2014, at the age of 72. Sylvianna was born and raised on the coast. She received her degree in 1988 for Naturopathy at the Clagton School of Natural Healing in Birmingham, AL. It was her passion to help people with natural healing. She was a member of Pass Road Baptist Church. Sylvianna was a spirit filled Christian who loved the Lord and witnessed to family, friends and strangers alike telling the good news that Jesus died for them. Even on her sick bed she witnessed to people in every hospital from Pascagoula, Ocean Springs and Oschners in New Orleans. She never missed an opportunity to talk to people about Jesus and was a living testimony to her faith. My mother was a true prayer warrior. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Threadgill, daughter, Dymphna Seymour Schmidt, parents, Marshall and Bertha Ann Borries Ryals and sister-in-law, Joyce Ryals. Survivors include a daughter, Marsha Seymour (Joe) Morvant, fiance`, Jim Gautier, brother, Tom Ryals, sister, Susan (Tony) Norris, five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Saturday, May 3, 2014, from 11:30 am ~ 1:00 pm, with a 1:00 pm chapel service, all at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bosarge Cemetery.
