Teresa Kelley Banisch

Teresa Kelley Banisch, beloved wife, mother, sister, daughter and friend peacefully passed Monday, May 22, 2017 at MD Anderson Hospital in Houston TX. Teresa was an extraordinary woman whose life was dedicated to helping others. In her short 53 years she touched the lives of so many with her positivity and boundless energy. Her selfless and caring personality is what perpetuated her to become a super successful business woman. The world is a better place because of her grace. Teresa was strong in her Christian Faith and believed in the Glory of Jesus Christ. She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Thomas Banisch; her two children, Tashia (Lloyd Bourgoyne) McGinn and Thomas (Kecia) Deshazo; her grandchildren, Corblin McGinn, Abbygale Bourgoyne and Maykala, Colton and Journee Deshazo; her mother, Angie Defeo; her sister, Nancy Reyes; her brothers, Jeff, Danny and Greg Kelley; her Aunt Mary Dixon; her Uncle Tommy Joe Dixon; her brother-in-law, Michael (Robinn) Banisch; and so many more friends, family and co-workers. In lieu of flowers in Teresa’s honor please make donations to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society @ www.donate.lls.org Visitation will be held at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Thursday, May 25, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held at the First Baptist Church of Biloxi on Friday, May 26, 2017 at 12:00 pm where friends may visit from 11:00 am until service time. Teresa will be laid to rest in her childhood hometown in D’Iberville Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited for food, drink and fellowship immediately following the interment at the D’Iberville Civic Center on Auto Mall Parkway.
