Theresia Hüber Brown

Mrs. Theresia Hüber Brown, 96, of Biloxi, MS passed away Monday, August 22, 2016 in Biloxi. Mrs. Brown was a past member of the Eastern Stars and a Red Cross volunteer for the KAFB Pharmacy for 30 years. She was also the department manager for Gayfers at Edgewater Mall when it opened in 1962. Mrs. Brown was of the Catholic faith. She is preceded in death by her parents, Johann and Maria Hiebl Hüber; her husband, Herman Brown; her grandson, Justin Brown; 1 brother; and 4 sisters. Mrs. Brown’s survivors include her son, Ernie (Misha) Brown of Biloxi; her grandchildren, Katelyn Brown (Andy) Catterall of London, Josh Brown and Clint Brown, both of Biloxi; and her great-grandchildren, Taylor Brown of Natchez and Thomas, Kate and Jack Catterall all of London. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the 6th floor nurses of Merit Health Hospital for their efficient work and kindness shown to their loved one. A graveside service will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 10:00 am. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
