Valentine Orel, 89, of Biloxi, MS passed away Monday, April 30, 2018 in Biloxi. A graveside service will be held at 9:00 am on Friday, May 4, 2018 at Biloxi National Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
