Miss. Vivian Catherine Fountain of Biloxi, MS died Saturday, January 31, 2015, in Biloxi.
Miss. Fountain was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. She was a member of Nativity B.V.M. Cathedral Parish. She worked at J.C. Penny’s and retired in 1978 and then worked at Dee’s Chevrolet for many years. She was active in carnival associations and was a founding member of Bon Vivants and Les Danseuse Carnival Clubs.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hypolite A. and Agnes Latimer Fountain; sister, Norita A. Fountain; and her twin sister, Vera H. Fountain.
Survivors include her adopted children, Norman and Joshua Roberts-Fountain.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday, February 5, 2015, at Nativity B.V.M. Catholic Cathedral where friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. till mass time. Entombment will follow in Southern Memorial Park.
The family wishes to thank Greenbriar Nursing Center and Gentivia Hospice for the care and services given Miss. Fountain.
