Wilbert "Bill" E. Rutz, Jr.

Wilbert “Bill” E. Rutz Jr., 71, of Ocean Springs, MS died Tuesday May 27, 2014. Wilbert retired as a Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force after 22 years of service. He flew all over the world as a professional Flight Engineer for Southern Air Transport for nearly 10 years and retired after 11 years as a Reliability Analyst at Mobile Aerospace Engineering. Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Rutz, daughter, Rachel Rutz Rocco and granddaughter, Mildred Perdue, all of Ocean Springs, MS; a sister, Betsy Niemczak, nephews, Michael and Thomas Niemczak and great-nephew, Eston and great-niece, Libby Niemczak, all of Sarasota, FL.
