Ann Dennis Clower

Ann Dennis Clower, age 94, a long-time resident of Biloxi, passed away on March 3, 2021 at Merit Health Biloxi. Ann was born on December 21, 1926 in Harlingen, Texas to Lois Wilson Dennis and Claud Dawson Dennis. She graduated high school and attended college at Mississippi College in Clinton, MS. Ann was a 50-year member of the PEO Sisterhood, Chapter E - Biloxi. There she held many leadership roles, including co-chairwoman of the Mississippi Chapter. Ann also enjoyed her local church circle group associated with United Methodist in Biloxi. She loved jigsaw puzzles, coffee, eating good food, and most of all, spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Joseph C. Clower, Jr., son Charles Dennis Clower, and brother Bud Dennis. She is survived by her children JoAnn Clower, Joseph C. (Rhonda) Clower III, John C. (Mark) Clower, Sherrie (Olen) Harvey, and Lynda (Darin) Carter, and grandchild Alexa Carter. Visitation will take place Sunday, March 7, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue. A service will immediately follow. Interment will be at Biloxi City Cemetery.
