Arthur Andrew "Art" Dunn

Arthur Andrew “Art” Dunn, 75, of D’Iberville, MS on Monday, August 17, 2020 in Biloxi. Mr. Dunn was born on August 20, 1944 in Lynchburg, VA to Arthur and Celia Dunn. He retired after 24 years of service with the U.S. Air Force, as well as SAC – USAF where he received the Distinguished Flying Cross Award and the National Defense Service Award. Mr. Dunn was employed with Ingalls Shipbuilding for 28 years at the time of his death. He was an active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D’Iberville and a 4th Degree with the Knights of Columbus. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Dunn; his parents; and his sister, Thelma Maddox. Mr. Dunn’s survivors include his children, William (Bianca) Dunn and Stephen Dunn; his grandchildren, Candice Dunn, Dannille Mejia and Adrian Luis; his great-grandchildren, Mila Mejia and Ian Randall Mejia; and his brother, Carl Dunn. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made to the Sacred Heart Catholic Church St. Vincent de Paul Society. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D’Iberville on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until Mass time. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Biloxi is honored to serve this family.
