Arthur Leland Passons

Arthur Leland Passons, Jr., 65, of Biloxi, died Nov. 11, 2018, at the Ocean Springs Hospital from complications following a heart attack. He was a computer programmer and a member of Popps Ferry Baptist Church in Biloxi. Leland was born July 31, 1953, in Yazoo County, Miss. to Arthur Leland Passons, Sr. and Mamie Warren Passons. A small informal graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, at Chewalla Cemetery adjacent to the Chewalla Primitive Baptist Church near Potts Camp. He leaves his wife, Cindy Hart Passons, one son, Thomas Passons, one daughter, Anna Passons, all of Biloxi; two sisters, Darlene Passons and Rhonda Lee, both of Yazoo City; one niece, one nephew, one great-niece, and four great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 2511 Pass Road, in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
