Billie Jean Skinner

Ms. Billie Jean Skinner, age 85, of Biloxi, MS passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021 in Gulfport, MS. Ms. Skinner was born on January 25, 1936 in Nashville, TN. She graduated from Howard High School in Nashville, TN. She retired from SBA after 25 years. Ms. Skinner was an avid bowler and served as Treasurer for Mississippi Women’s Bowling Association. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ranzel Raymond Peed and Sallie Smith Peed; and brother, Robert Raymond Peed. Survivors include her son, Mark Roland Skinner. The family would like to extend a thank you to Dr. Paul Mullen, Dr. Paul Matherine and to Canon Hospice for their care and compassion; and a special thank you to her sister-in-law, Birdie Mae Nell, close friend, Lisa McClellan and to her neighbor, John Zucker for always being there and helping take good care of her.
