Carl M. Possemato

Carl M. Possemato, age 88, of Biloxi, MS passed away Sunday night, May 17, 2020. He was a beloved father and a dear friend. He will be truly missed. Carl was born July 16, 1931 in Hancock, New York, the son of the late Carl and Philomenia Meoli Possemato. He served his country in the US Air Force and was a veteran of the USAF of 20 (+) years. He was also employed in the Air Force Civil Service and was a retiree of that entity. He enjoyed time spent at the local casinos, working around the house and his family. He was also a big fan of reality judge/court TV shows. Carl is survived by his two sons, Marco and Brian of Ocean Springs; grandchildren, Kyle, Aaron and Ashley; and one brother, Anthony and his wife Peg Possemato of Walton, New York. He was predeceased by his wife, Donna Lou Possemato; his sisters, Carmela, Irene, Theresa and Marguerite; and brothers, Pasquale, Rocco and Marco. Thanks to the staff and nurses of Kindred Hospice of Biloxi for the care Carl received during this time. Carl will be buried at 10:00 am on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at Biloxi National Cemetery in Biloxi, MS. In lieu of flowers, the family asks anyone who wants to make a donation in Carl's memory that it be made to Boys Town, P. O. Box 8000, Boys Town, NE 68010.
