Carolyn Louise Crowder Hall, 79, of Biloxi, MS, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2020. Carolyn was a native of Marietta, GA and a longtime resident of Biloxi, MS.
Carolyn graduated from Robert L. Osborne High School in Marietta, GA in 1958. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper and later a homemaker. She fell in love with the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 1995 after her first trip to Biloxi. She was an avid casino-goer and loved to spend time with her family at local casinos.
She was preceded in death by her father, James H. Crowder; mother, Elsie Harris; sister June Farmer; brothers, Richard Crowder, Gerald "Jerry" Crowder, Freddy "Buddy" Crowder and Wallace Crowder.
She is survived by her husband/ex-husband/soul mate (you would only understand if you knew them) William "Bill" Hall of Biloxi, MS; daughters, Cindy Jones of Saint Marys, GA and Aprylla Hall Sweeten of Biloxi, MS; brother, William "Billy" Crowder of Marietta, GA; grandchildren, Matthew Jones of Dunlap, TN, Megan Jones of Saint Marys, GA and Vincent Sweeten of Biloxi, MS; best friend of over 70 years, Jean Thomas of Marietta, GA; her beloved cat Jojo; and many nieces and nephews.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
