Christopher Cono Carrubba

Christopher Cono Carrubba, age 66, passed away Tuesday August 27, 2019 in New Orleans. He was born in Gulfport and was a lifelong resident of Long Beach. He was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He also held memberships in the Moose Lodge, Jaycees, and the Long Beach Yacht Club. He was a retired businessman, avid fisherman, and his hobby was woodworking. He was preceded in death by his father, Paulino J. Carrubba. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Carrubba; a daughter, Rachel Magee (Shea); son, Christopher Carrubba (Livia Myers); sister, Mary Jordan (Vick); three brothers, Jasper J. Carrubba (Barbara), Nunzio J Carrubba (Susan Trent), Paul A. Carrubba (Janet); his mother, Catherine Caranna Carrubba; and grandson, Davis Alexander Magee. The Mass of Christian Burial is Friday, August 30, 2019 at 11:00 am with visitation beginning at 9:00 am all at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Long Beach.
