Christopher Michael Collins

Christopher Michael Collins passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 51, in his hometown of Biloxi. He was born on February 13, 1970, in Biloxi. He attended Mercy Cross High School and attained a B.F.A at Belhaven University. He is predeceased by his father, William Collins; and his stepfather, Benjamin Wimberly Jr. Chris is survived by his children, Sean, Michael, Lillian, and Brennan; his mother, Mary; his sister, Merritt (Thomas) Shaw; his brother, Thomas (Jennifer Weinzirl) Wimberly and his sister by choice, Kristen Sims. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to Punk Rock Saves Lives in his name at https://www.classy.org/fundraiser/3327057. A graveside service limited to family and close friends is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on July 10, 2021, at the Old Biloxi Cemetery near the front exit. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi is honored to serve the Collins family.
