Cozette Eunice Lee Starks

Cozette Eunice Lee Starks, age 83, of Biloxi, passed away Friday, September 15, 2017, at home. Ms. Starks passed away peacefully in her sleep. She was a long time resident of the MS Gulf Coast. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Her survivors include her children Timothy E. Starks, David A. Starks, Diane Keltner, Linda Ingles, her husband Rodney Ruegger, Edward Keltner, his wife Eda Keltner, Sandra Bolton, survived by husband Lt. Joel Bolton, and Cynthia Wild, her husband Patrick Wild. Her grandchildren include Naomi Lee Starks, Clinton Zundel, Evan Caruthers, Kennedy Keltner, Jackie Keltner, Jolie Bolton, and Savannah Wild Services will be held at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Friends and loved ones may visit one-hour prior. Interment will follow at Old Biloxi Cemetery.
