Two of her fondest memories were of her son playing football and riding on the back of her husband's Harley. After being raised in Grand Island, Nebraska, Cindy and Randy moved from North Platte, Nebraska to Omaha and then to Vancleave, Mississippi in 2008 to care for Randy's mother, Sharon Mohr, who was a resident of Vancleave, Mississippi for 28 years with her husband, John Mohr and they decided to remain here after her passing in 2011. Cindy was an avid Nebraska Huskers fan. Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents, James and Mardell Benson; as well as, her husband of 38 years, Randall L. Mohr.
