Dennis Woodrow Funderburk

Dennis Woodrow Funderburk, age 66, passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2019 in Biloxi. He was born in San Diego, CA to Curtis Lamar Funderburk and Bertha Mae Ruth Powell. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a great husband, father, and grandfather. He was a great writer of Sci-Fi books. He was a hard worker and provided for his family to the best of his abilities. Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, Curtis and Bertha Funderburk; brother, Donald Funderburk; and sisters, Pam Aubin and Marsha Funderburk. Survivors include his wife, Terry Funderburk; daughter, Sheena (Jason) Lannichak; sons, Donald Funderburk, Dennis Funderburk, James (Leticia) Funderburk, and Anthony Funderburk; sisters, Sheila (Lyle) Ruckman and Gwen (Doug) Medearis; brother, Dawayne Stevenson; grandchildren, Daniel, Andrew, J, Nina, and Liliana. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
