Dina Lyn Rapuano

On Sunday June 16, 2019, Dina Lynn Rapuano gained her angel wings in her home in Ocean Springs, MS accompanied by her life-long love and soul mate Rico Rapuano. Dina was born on December 24, 1960 and was raised by her mother, Barbara, in Los Angeles, CA. There, she attended Central High School and Ocean County College before starting her career in the casino industry. Dina’s dependability and dedication were rewarded with 30 successful years in an industry that she thoroughly enjoyed. Dina was a loving and devoted wife to her one and only soulmate Rico or Mel as they jokingly and lovingly called each other. They spent 28 glorious years together. Through ups and downs, trials and tribulations their love always stayed strong and persevered. If they had nothing else, they always had each other. Dina was a warrior in all aspects of her life, never took no for an answer but always showed gratitude and kindness. She loved spending time with her family, visiting flea markets, going to street fairs, Broadway Musicals and Concerts. Dina was a Disney fanatic and was an avid collector of Disney items as well as collector Barbie’s, crystal figurines, precious moments, and anything Wizard of Oz. And last but not least she LOVED Philadelphia Sports Teams. Dina is survived by her soulmate, Rico Rapuano; her sisters-in-law, Jonna Toler (Jeff) and Roberta Rosaly; her nieces and nephews, Jessica Rapuano, Kaleigh Rapuano, Michael Rapuano, Stephan Davis, Susie Davis, Jeffery Toler and Amanda Toler; her great nieces, Sophia Rapuano, Emma Rapuano, Evelynn Rapuano, Amellia Rapuano and Peyton Davis; and her fur babies, Skylar and Fiyero. A private celebration of life will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home in Ocean Springs, MS on Saturday June 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM. PHILLY4EVER
