Donald Joseph "Don" Landry

Donald Joseph Landry, 62, of Biloxi, MS passed away Monday, October 7, 2019 in Mobile, AL.

Don was born February 15, 1957 in Biloxi, MS. He proudly served his country in both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Coast Guard. After his service he spent many years as an OTR truck driver. Don enjoyed fishing, working on his cars and especially spending time with his family.

He was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Shelby Lynn Landry; his father, Alves “Bud” Landry; his stepfather, Roland Joseph Landry; and his baby sister, Angela Kay Landry.

Don’s survivors include his wife, Karen Landry; his children, Nicole (Deloise) Moore, Kevin Landry, Jason (Iqbal) Landry and Matthew Landry; his stepdaughters, Christina Young and Heather Young; his mother, Joy Landry; nine grandchildren; his siblings, Pam (George) Meek, Rev. Ken Ramon-Landry, Ted (Kelly) Landry, John Landry, Scott Landry (Tammy Buckley), Theresa (Gary) Yennie and Christy Landry; numerous nieces and nephews; and his buddies, Bear, Nicky, Bama and Max.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church on Monday, October 14, 2019 at 10:30 am. Friends may visit from 9:30 am until Mass time. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.

The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
