Donnie Lee Burr

Donnie Lee Burr, age 67, passed away on May 6, 2021 at Gulfport Memorial Hospital. Donnie was born November 12, 1953 in Natchez, MS. He was a hard worker and worked as a tow truck operator for 36 years with his family at All American Towing, and was known as the Gentle Giant by many who had the pleasure of knowing him personally. He loved his fur babies, riding motorcycles, and being on the water. He often talked about buying a sailboat and living on the water. He is preceded in death by wife Beth Burr, parents Jewel Burr, Sr. and Rosalie Kelly, and brother Bascom Ray Burr. Donnie is survived by stepdaughter Amy (Alex) Brady, siblings Bonnie (Kenneth) Wood, Pat Burr (Widow of Bascom Ray Burr), Catherine Burr Davie, Ricky (Traci) Burr, Jewel (Patricia) Burr II, Steven Kelly, Yvonne (Pat) Foster, Raymond (Donna) Kelly, Andrew (Terena) Kelly, Clayton (Nicki) Kelly, three grandchildren Ashlyn, Alivia, and Will Brady, along with many nieces and nephews. A service will be held at Life Church of Ocean Springs, 13212 Ruth Street, Ocean Springs, MS, on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 12:00 PM. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the Burr family.
