Douglas Glenn Creel

Douglas Glenn Creel, 70, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 in Pascagoula, MS from complications due to Covid 19. Mr. Creel was born in Biloxi, MS on April 2, 1950 to Larry and Margaret Creel. He was a boat captain in the seismograph industry and served in the U.S. Army. Mr. Creel was a sweet, kind and gentle man who was loved by everyone. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Michael Creel. Mr. Creel’s survivors include his wife, Toni Balius Creel; his children, Christy Goble, James “Goobie” Goble and Derek Creel; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Lance (Lynn) Creel, Tody (Tracey) Creel and Sylvia (Jo) Creel. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the American Heart Association, Greater Southeast Affiliate, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas, TX 75284-0692 or to the American Diabetes Association, 350 W. Woodrow Wilson Drive, Suite 2470, Jackson, MS 39213. A private service will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi is honored to serve this family.
