Ella M. "Totsy" Whatley

Ella M. “Totsy” Whatley, age 81, of Vancleave passed away on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 10, 2020 at her home on the water. Totsy was born on October 20, 1938 in Akron, OH. She graduated high school at St. Mary the Pines Catholic Boarding School. Totsy was the greatest mom and housewife. She loved to water ski and loved going to Nascar races and boat races. Totsy was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel Wallace and John E. Gooding. Survivors include her husband, John Gary Whatley; son, John Glenn Whatley; and grandson, John Garrett Whatley.
