Elvina Mary Raley

Elvina Mary Raley, 82, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021 in Biloxi. Ms. Raley was born in Biloxi, MS on December 12, 1938. She was a graduate of Biloxi High School and attended American Beauty College. Ms. Raley was employed with the IP Casino as a Status Clerk, bartender and painting Christmas décor. She enjoyed gambling and playing her free play, New Orleans Saints football, Mardi Gras and Jitter Bug dancing. Ms. Raley also enjoyed dressing up for Halloween and decorating for Christmas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elvina Zita Ichant and Malsby Jumonville Raley; and her daughter, Tracey Smith St. Pierre. Ms. Raley’s survivors include her children, Shaleigh Salvetti and Kecia (Kurt) Hannah; her grandchildren, Kylie Salvetti, Collin Salvetti, Marcel Salvetti and Keaton Hannah; and her sisters, Judy Naze, Donna Borries, Evelyn Greenwell and Cynthia Gay. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made in Ms. Raley’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, Mississippi Chapter, 1900 Dunbarton Drive, Suite H, Jackson, MS 39216. Private services will be held. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi is honored to serve the Raley family.
