Eryne Wayne Clark, age 87 of Saucier, MS, passed away on Thursday, May 23rd at his home. Eryne was born in Muskegon, MI and was a longtime resident of Twin Lakes, MI. He was a student at Whitehall School District and a Navy Veteran where he served as an Assistant Personnel Officer on the U.S.S. Hobson during the Korean War. Eryne enjoyed fishing, hunting, hiking and football. He was a member of the V.F.W. and served as president of the Lake Tahoe Community Association in New Era, Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lula I. and Frank W. Clark; daughter, Kathy Clark Howard; siblings, Bud Clark, Art Clark, and Roger Walters; and godchild, Bud Clark, Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor Clark; children, Debra Clark, Mike Clark, Cindy (Matt) Smith, Susan (Wade) Schiller, Patti (Joe) Shavalier, Wayne (Kristina) Clark, and Greg Clark; grandchildren, Jason Barnes, Jarrod Barnes, Amanda Clark, Tavi Sue Munford, Greg Clark, Jr., Tara Clark, Jacob Clark, Savanna Clark, Michael Clark, Jr., Richard Faulkner, Kyle Appleyard, and Crystal Appleyard; great-grandchild, Kayla Clark; godchildren, Larry Clark, Bonnie Clark, and Monica Clark; siblings, Jim Clark, Frank Clark, Barb Heycoop, and Penny West; and also his beloved pets Missy & Sophie.
A service will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at the Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS at 9:00 a.m. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Thank you to all of our family & friends for their love & support.
