Gerald "Scott" Henson

Gerald “Scott” Henson, age 75, died on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at home after suffering with courage and grace, he succumbed to cancer. Scott will be remembered as a man of great faith, a great friend and a neighbor always willing to lend a helping hand. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harlan and Louise; his first wife, Gilda; and his brother, Marcus. Scott will be terribly missed by those he leaves behind: his current wife, Gladys; his sister, Karen; his brother, Harlan; his sons, Darrell and Steve; his step sons, Anthony, Donald, Dennis and Michael; his grand and step grandchildren, Karissa, Katelyn, Malia, Gillian, Alexis, Landon, Madalyn, Megan, Sydney, Liam, Conner and Carmen; many nieces and nephews; and in-laws and close friends, Vito and Joyce Canizaro. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 2090 Pass Road in Biloxi, MS 39531 on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 12:00 pm. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until Mass time. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the Henson family.
