Helen Pickich Gollott, 87, of Biloxi, MS passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 at her home in Biloxi surrounded by family and friends.
Mrs. Gollott was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi and former owner of L.D. Gollott Seafood in Biloxi. She was a longtime member of Nativity BVM Cathedral, a member of the L’Avenir Club, the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary and the Lighthouse Business and Professional Women’s Club. She was a devoted and dedicated wife and mother and loved her family and friends unconditionally.
She is preceded in death by her husband, L.D. “Dan” Gollott; her son, L. C. “Billy” Gollott; her parents, Albert Pickich, Sr. and Stella Fountain Pickich; her three stepsons, Wayne Gollott, Raymond Gollott and Jerry Gollott; her sisters, Mary Louise Liscoe and Patsy Thiroux; and her brothers, Jack Pickich, Shannon Pickich, Jerry Pickich, Sr. and Albert “Blue” Pickich, Jr.
Mrs. Gollott’s survivors include her granddaughter, Kelly Gollott, her fiancé, Mark Crosby and his son, Ryan Crosby; her two great-granddaughters, Lauren Beeson and Taylor Beeson; her former daughter-in-law, Diane Gollott; her sister, Shirley Delcambre; and her sister-in-law, Jackie Pickich.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Nativity BVM Cathedral Friday, November 10, 2017 at 1:00 pm. Friends may visit from 12:00 pm until mass time. Interment will follow at Southern Memorial Park.
