Howard André McDonnell,

Howard André McDonnell, Jr. of Biloxi, passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 71. Howard was born in Biloxi, MS on October 7, 1949 to Ethel Beggs McDonnell and Howard André McDonnell, Sr. He attended Delta State University and graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. He enjoyed outdoor sports and activities, hunting and fishing, and he loved his dog, Senator. Howard is preceded in death by his mother and father. He is survived by his sister, Susan McDonnell Oustalet; and two children, Molly Giles McDonnell and Howard André McDonnell, III. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue is honored to serve the McDonnell family.
