Howard Leo Tupper, age 76, of Ocean Springs, passed away at home with his family on Thursday, August 6, 2020.
Howard was born on February 25, 1944 in Hartford, CT. He graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi, Gulf Coast, with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science where he made the dean’s list of honor. Howard proudly served in the United States Air force and retired from civil service. He was a member of the American Legion, VFW, and Woodsmen of the World. Howard enjoyed fishing, family, Saints football, riding motorcycles, shooting guns, and coin collecting.
Howard was preceded in death by the love of his life, Bobbye Nell Welch Tupper; father, Raymond Tupper; mother, Dora Golembieski; step-father, Chester Golembieski; daughter, Leslie DeNell Skinner; siblings, Dorthey Cheney, Dennis Tupper, and Theresa Gallo; grandson, Jacob Skinner; and niece, Deborah Ramos.
Survivors include his daughter, Donna Chambers; grandchildren, Scotty and Melinda Kyle, Rebecca and Larry Ramirez, and Katherine Skinner; great-grandchildren, Nikole Raye Kyle, Marrissa Kay Kyle, Cody and McKenzie Kyle , Autumn Sue Ramirez, Darren Wells, and Kairi Cochran; great-great-grandchild, Paisley Kyle; siblings, Karen Tupper Wolfe and Edward and Pamela Tupper; pets, Budweizer and Siss; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the American Legion, 3824 Old Spanish Trail, Gautier, MS. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Ocean Springs, is honored to serve this family.
