Jacqueline "Ann" Tarrant

Jacqueline “Ann” Tarrant, 79, of D’Iberville, MS passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018 in D’Iberville. Ann was born in Biloxi and graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in 1957 and from Charity Hospital Nursing School in New Orleans. She was employed at Biloxi Regional Hospital for 45 years as a registered nurse. Ann was a member of the Mercy Associates and a member of Nativity BVM Cathedral. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Leonard Tarrant, Sr. and Lodoiska Gleason Tarrant; and her sister, Joan Tarrant. Ann’s survivors include her sister, Sr. Jackie Tarrant of Biloxi, MS; her brothers, Leonard (Anne) Tarrant of Ocean Springs, MS and Frank (Jo Ann) Tarrant of Saucier, MS; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Nativity BVM Cathedral on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until mass time. Interment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
