James "Jimmy" Nicholas Soper

James “Jimmy” Nicholas Soper, 76, of Biloxi, MS passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021 in Ocean Springs, MS. Jimmy was born December 7, 1944 to Edward and Margaret Soper. As a lifelong native of Biloxi, MS, Jimmy was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church. He was also a Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran and a retired boat captain for Tidewater Marine. Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sandra Kay Migues; and wife Carole Soper. Survivors include; nephew, Anthony (Deborah) Migues; nieces, Barbara Weikal and Margaret S. Nielsen; brother-in-law, Henry Migues; step-daughter, Tennie “Candy” (Tom) Brockmann; step-son, William Powers and numerous great nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of James Soper.
