Keenan J Porche'

Keenan J. Porche’, Sr., age 54 passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018 in Gulfport. Born in New Orleans, LA, Keenan has been a resident of the Gulf Coast for the past 20 years. He was employed with John Fayard Moving and Warehousing for over 25 years. He was preceded in death by a son, Keenan J. “Bubba” Porche’, Jr; his father, James H. Porche’; and step-father, Robert W. Kirton, Jr. He is survived by a daughter, Anetra Porche’; a son, Robert C. Williams, III; his mother, Ethel T. Porche’; three sisters, Nina Alvarez, Tanya (Allen) Toussaint, Anya Porche’; brothers, Dwight (Shasta) Alvarez-Cassanova, Robert W. Kirton III, Rodney A. Kirton, Quentin J. Porche’; grandchildren, Amya Porche’ and Tyler Magee; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. The funeral service will be held Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport where friends may visit beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens, Long Beach.
