Luigi Charles Fiorenza

Luigi Charles Fiorenza, 91, of Ocean Springs, MS died on Tuesday, January 1, 2013. Mr. Fiorenza was a retired M/SGT in the US Air Force of 20 years. He was a WW II Veteran where he served in the infantry. He worked for Merchiston Hall and retired from there after the US Air Force. Mr. Fiorenza was a devout Catholic who enjoyed his stocks, music and was an avid hiker and always had a smile for everyone. Mr. Fiorenza is preceded in death by his parents, Matthew and Amelia Paolillo; son, Nicholas Fiorenza; four brothers and one sister. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Hilda Fiorenza; daughters, Mary (Jack) Caves, Alisa (Mike) Bourgeois, Cecilia (John Murphy) Fiorenza and Cristina Fiorenza; sons, Ronald (Brooke) Fiorenza, Keith Fiorenza; sister, Caroline Fiorenza; fourteen grandchildren, Erica, Bethany, Charles, Marlene, Alexander, Mara, Gina, Jennifer, Jolie, Esther, Colleen, Amanda, Noah, Tony and eight great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Ocean Springs. Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until mass time. Interment will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park, Ocean Springs. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Ocean Springs Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
