Mandy Marie Decoteau

Mandy Marie Decoteau, 39, of Biloxi, MS passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021 in Biloxi Merit Hospital. Mandy was born April 1, 1982 in Ocean Springs, MS to John Carol Decoteau Jr. and Deborah Decoteau. Mandy graduated from Ocean Springs High School and managed Buddy’s Homes Furnishings. Friends, family, and co-workers would describe Mandy as very smart, every job she had, she managed. Mandy enjoyed fishing, shooting pool, cooking, spending time with her family, decorating cakes, and getting her hair and nails done. She is preceded in death by her father, John Carol Decoteau Jr. and baby boy, John Carter Decoteau. Survivors include her children, a step-daughter, Mikiya Tutor and God daughter, Dominique Koval; her mother, Deborah Decoteau and second mother, Dana Adkins; sister, Jessica Waters; brother-in-law, Chris Crawford; brothers, Pete Decoteau and John Decoteau the Third; lifelong friend and sister, Rose Files; grandmother, Maw Maw Mary Gill; bonus aunts, Donna Moran and Susie Tutor; and many friends and family. A service will be held Sunday, October 3, 2021 at 2 PM at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends and family are invited to visit from 1 PM- 2 PM. Following the service, a reception will be held at Windsor Park Baptist Church in Ocean Springs, MS on Washington Ave. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home is honored to serve the family and friends of Mandy Decoteau.
