Marie Trochesset

On Monday, September 24, 2018, Marie (Broussard) Trochesset, loving mother, grandmother and sister, lost her long battle with illness at the age of 67. Marie spent her life helping others as a nurse, a caregiver and a surrogate mom to many. She is preceded in death by her parents, John Ramos Broussard, Jr. and Bette (Bowden) Broussard; and her sister, Carole Broussard Williams. Marie will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Aimee (Chris) Tucker; her grandsons, Griffin and Riley; her brother, Steve Broussard; and her sisters, Janice Broussard, Linda Broussard, Patty Broussard and Julie (Daniel) Toche. Marie will also be forever remembered by her nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Visitation will be held Friday, September 28, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., with a memorial service at 6:30 p.m., all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Marie can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
